Terms and Conditions

Custom Orders: All foam pieces are made to the specifications provided by the customer. Please ensure all measurements are accurate. Direct Foam Products are not responsible for errors in customer-provided dimensions.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Correct at order
Production Time: Typical production time is 72 hours. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds: As all products are custom-sized, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or not as specified in the order. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If cancellation is required, we ask for notification within 24 hours of order being placed.
Shipping & Delivery: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Any damages during transit must be reported immediately to the carrier.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
Privacy: Customer information is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.
Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
